Christina Chow has been with the Georgia REALTORS® (GAR) since
September 2014. She is responsible for overseeing the statewide professional
standards program and manages the updates to the GAR contract forms each
year. Christina conducts trainings on topics including risk management,
fiduciary responsibility, and the Code of Ethics across the state, and serves
as the staff liaison for numerous committees and groups. She has earned the
National Association of REALTORS® C2EX endorsement as well as the REALTOR®
Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation.

Before coming on board to Virginia REALTORS®, Leslie worked for
two Virginia governors, applying her skills and passion to an array of policy
initiatives. It was her early endeavors on political campaigns where she
garnered a foundation in community organizing. This background makes her a
perfect fit for her role with Virginia REALTORS®. In this position, Leslie
focuses on issues impacting fair housing and real property policy. She is the
primary point of contact for state and national organizations who influence
these issues. In addition, Leslie creates and leads the association’s
diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Zan Monroe

Zan Monroe has studied success and leadership for 40 years. He
is a speaker, author, coach, and entrepreneur. At just 16 years of age, he
started his first business and began his first corporation at the age of 21.
Zan is the CEO of the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Association and The Monroe
Company, Inc. He has published two bestselling books: Stories of Uncle
Adrian and 7 Lessons for Success. Currently, he is writing his
next book titled Building Leaders.

Laura started working at Northern Virginia Association of
REALTORS®(NVAR) as a legal intern the summer between her second and third
year of law school. After graduation, she accepted a full-time position as an
attorney at NVAR. Three years later, an opportunity opened up at Virginia
REALTORS® that would allow her to use the Regulatory Law Certificate she had
earned in law school, so she applied and was hired! Just over three years and
three promotions later, she was made General Counsel when Jim Hopper decided
to retire.

Robin Spensieri, Virginia REALTORS® Vice President of

In her role with the association, Robin is able to utilize her
background in journalism, her education from both Berry College and Virginia
Commonwealth University, and her time with the Virginia Department of
Education. For Virginia REALTORS®, she develops content for both print and
digital platforms. She also directs our association’s media relations, edits
our content, and works strategically to make the association’s communications
more impactful for members.

Sasha Tripp

Sasha Tripp is a residential REALTOR® in Charlottesville, VA,
and the principal broker and owner of Story House Real Estate. Sasha also
speaks and teaches internationally as a CRS Annual Sell-A-Bration speaker,
webinar instructor, and she coaches agents at state and local association
conferences nationwide. Her experience and knowledge that she gathers from
the other best real estate agents in the industry provide her company with
invaluable marketing expertise, fresh ideas, and puts them on the leading
edge of technology and marketing strategy.

Cynthia Walsh

Cynthia Walsh is the CEO of the Brunswick County Association of
REALTORS® (BCAR). She began her career in Boston, MA working in technology
and continuing for the next 11 years in both the banking and insurance
industries. Cynthia has been with BCAR since 2005 and earned her
Certified Association Executive and REALTOR® Association Certified Executive
designation as well as various other certifications. She has been
actively involved in the National Association of REALTORS® and the North
Carolina REALTORS® serving on committees, mentoring, and lending a hand
whenever asked.
