Adorna Carroll is the Vice-President of Realty3, a large multi-office firm in Connecticut. In addition to being a real estate broker/owner, Adorna is President of Dynamic Directions, Inc. that trains today’s agents for tomorrow’s business. Adorna trains all over the U.S. and Canada. She facilitates strategic planning, leadership training and leadership academies for local/state associations, she also teaches nationally recognized advanced designation, certification, and CE courses for agents, broker/owners, team leaders and managers. 


  

Christina Chow has served as the Director of Legal Affairs for the Georgia REALTORS® since September 2014. She is responsible for overseeing the statewide professional standards program and manages the updates to the GAR’s Forms Package each year. Christina serves as a liaison for the Professional Standards, Forms, and Legal Action Committees, as well as the Insurance Trustees. Christina graduated from the University of Virginia in 2009 where she majored in Psychology. She then went on to graduate from the University of Georgia’s Law School in 2013 with her JD.

  

Christine DeRosa is the Member Information and ECommerce Product Leader for M1/NRDS, the Internet based membership database accessed by the local, state and national associations for tracking member records and the REALTOR Electronic Commerce network.  

Ms. DeRosa has been with NAR for over 30 years working in the technology area. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago and has her RCE, CAE and IOM designations.

  

Charlie Lee joined NAR in 2018.  He has over twelve (12) years of association law and governance experience.  Prior to joining NAR, Charlie was with the Appraisal Institute since 2008, where he served as Associate Counsel and as the primary legal counsel to 90 chapters, and subsidiaries which included for-profits, charitable and insurance organizations.  Charlie’s focus includes trade association, corporate governance, not-for-profit taxation, cybersecurity, contracts, intellectual property, advertisement, employment and antitrust matters.  He also has professional experience in commercial and employment litigation, intellectual property law, and in serving as an Illinois state’s attorney appellate prosecutor.  At NAR, Charlie also serves as staff executive of the Risk Management Issues Committee, legal staff to the REALTOR Property Operations Committee and as the NAR ARELLO Liaison.  

He received his B.S. degree in Business Administration and Management of Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois Chicago - John Marshall Law School.   Charlie is admitted to the state bar of Illinois and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Chicago Bar Associations, American Society of Association Executives, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

   

Dorrie Love is the 2021 President for the Georgia REALTORS®. Licensed since 1996, Dorrie is an Associate Broker for Harry Norman, REALTORS®, and is a member of the Fayette County Board of REALTORS® (FCBOR). Dorrie has been active within the REALTOR® association for more than 24 years and holds the ABR, CRS, and GRI designations. She was FCBOR’s president in 2012 and received their REALTOR® of the Year award in 2018. That same year, Dorrie became a RPAC Golden R President’s Circle Member and served as chair of the REALTORS® Political Advisory Group. 

She is an NAR Director and currently serves as a member of the RPAC Major Investor Council. Dorrie has been the #1 sales agent in her office for several years running.
Dorrie is a graduate of the University of Georgia and resides in Fayetteville with her husband, Greg, a custom homebuilder. Together they have four children and one precious granddaughter. Dorrie volunteers her time at her church as a Core Leader in the Life Teen program and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, her dog and two cats.

  

Jeremias “JMan” Maneiro is a tech-savvy millennial who speaks from the heart and specializes in helping everyone improve their techxpertise regardless of skill level or generation. His speaking career really began in 1987 when he was the ring announcer for his elementary school circus.

  

Cathy Whatley, a Jacksonville, FL native is the Broker Owner of Buck & Buck, Inc., REALTORS, an independent family firm established by her grandfather in 1907. Licensed since 1969, Cathy has been active in the real estate industry and the Realtor association as well as very engaged in the community.  She was President of the Florida Women’s Council of Realtors in 1986, became President of the Jacksonville Association of Realtors in 1990 and went on to serve as the 1996 President of Florida Realtors. She had the highest honor to serve as 2003 President of the National Association of Realtors and during her tenure on NAR’s leadership team she spent considerable time testifying before Congress on affordable housing issues, natural disaster insurance and RESPA. 

Cathy served from 2008 - 2014 as NAR’s representative on the board for Move, Inc., the company that operates our real estate portal, Realtor.com.  Throughout her career she has also held key positions on a number of boards tied to state and local governments.  She served as vice chair of Florida’s Keep Florida Beautiful board when it was first created in the 1980’s. In 2004 she was confirmed by the Florida Senate and appointed to serve as one of seven commissioners on Florida’s Commission on Ethics.  She was appointed by Jacksonville’s Mayor and served as vice chair on the JEA board of directors, the eighth largest utility in the country.  She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Truist Bank. 
Cathy is married to Fred Whatley and they have 5 children and 13 grandchildren.
