| ||Gavin Blair is Iowa Association REALTORS®’ chief executive officer. As CEO, he is the state association’s chief management officer and is responsible for administration of Iowa REALTORS®’ programs, services and policies, as well as its financial condition. Blair was CEO of Dayton REALTORS® prior to his move to Iowa. Prior to becoming CEO of Dayton he was the Government Affairs Director (GAD) for the Columbus Board of REALTORS®. While the GAD in Columbus he also served as City Council President of Pickerington, Ohio to 40,000 residents. He is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelors in Political Science and History. He currently resides in Des Moines, Iowa where he enjoys golfing, running and traveling.|

Will Daane is the REALTOR® Party Programs Coordinator for the Georgia REALTORS®. These programs range from strictly legislative (Issues Mobilization) to community development (Placemaking). Whether you want to mobilize when a local issue arises, or secure funding for a public park, this is the guy to talk to! He’s been a pastor, teacher, personal trainer, and coach; but most of all, he loves being a husband and dad.
Chris DeWald has worked in the Real Estate industry for 18 years. She first started her career at MRIS (Metropolitan Regional Information Systems) where she was an Account Executive for the better part of 13 years. In her position at MRIS Chris concentrated on creating beneficial relationships with Board Leadership, Brokers, Agents, and Associations. In 2008 Chris took her experience to ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service) as Industry Relations Liaison and developed an outreach program to improve relationships between all constituencies using her expertise from her previous position at MRIS. She was the eyes and ears of ARMLS in the field. She comes to RPR with a passion for the product having been involved with the implementation of RPR at ARMLS. In Chris’s spare time she has a passion for tennis and enjoys wogging (her term for a walking and jogging) and training with others for fun runs which also includes one half marathon a year.
Bob Goldberg is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), America's largest trade association representing more than 1.2 million members. A 22-year veteran of NAR, Goldberg took over the reins on August 1, 2017. Prior to assuming the CEO position, he served as NAR senior vice president of Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Investments, Professional Development and Conventions for NAR. Additionally, HE is the President and Chief Executive Officer for the REALTORS® Information Network (RIN), a for profit, wholly-owned subsidiary of NAR. As CEO, he is responsible for oversight of the realtor.com® Operating Agreement with Move, Inc.
Beth Howell Hansen
| ||Beth Howell Hansen, CAE, RCE, stepped into the CEO position for the Mississippi REALTORS® in June, 2010, after serving MAR in various positions since 1999. As CEO, she is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the 6,300-member trade association and its real estate school, the Mississippi REALTORS® Institute. Her initial work with MAR focused on the development of the Mississippi Commercial Association of REALTORS® and four other groups of specialty REALTORS®. She has also worked extensively with local board governance issues, state-wide Professional Standards Administration, and convention and meeting planning. Her resume also includes stints on the boards of several community non-profit organizations including the Mississippi Children’s Museum and the Junior League of Jackson.|
Bobbi Howe is the team leader of Keller Williams Kansas City North. As a second-generation real estate professional, Howe has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Bobbi is a past president of the St. Joseph (Mo.) Regional Association of REALTORS®, sits on the National Association of REALTORS® Executive Committee, and serves as the 2018 Vice Chair of Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee for the National Association of REALTORS®. In her spare time, Howe enjoys chasing her 5-year old son around the house and dreaming of vacations on the beach.
Tessa Hultz has been in REALTOR® association management for over 12 years and has served as the local AE first in Wichita, KS and now Raleigh, NC. She is passionate about mentoring and was named one of the two inaugural winners of the AE Leaders of Tomorrow YPN Award for mentoring, fostering involvement and increasing professionalism among members and peers. She is an adrenaline sport enthusiast, avid reader, gardener and along with her husband Preston, homeschooler to their 10 year old son John Preston.
Debra S. "Deb" Junkin
Deb Junkin has served as the CEO for the Georgia REALTORS® since January 2010. Deb has more than 18 years of REALTOR® association management experience. She holds the Strategies in Non-Profit Management Certificate from the University of Chicago, is a graduate of Duke University’s Non-Profit Management Program, and holds the REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. Deb is a 2017 inductee to the Dr. Almon ‘Bud” Smith Leadership Society. In addition to her duties at GAR, Deb currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee, Housing Opportunities Committee, and the AEC State EO Forum. She also serves on the University of Georgia Housing and Demographic Research Center Advisory Board and the Georgia Healthy Homes Strategic Planning Advisory Committee. Deb actively supports the advocacy objectives of both the state and national associations as a Golden ‘R’ RPAC Hall of Fame investor and a member of the NAR President’s Circle.

Juanita McDowell is the President of InMotion Consulting, a training firm that delivers over 200 workshops and seminars to agents, entrepreneurs, and corporate employees across the nation every year. She is a REBAC Certified e-PRO Instructor, a Train-the-Trainer Instructor, and a member of the GRI Faculty in multiple states. In 2010, 2011, and 2016 the Georgia REALTORS® chose her as their “Partner in Education Instructor of the Year.” In 2013 she was named “Instructor of the Year” by the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association. In addition to REALTOR® associations, other businesses that have hired Juanita include AT&T, LG and the CDC. Juanita is a YouTube Partner with over 2 million views on her videos. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and she volunteers as a Technology Partner for Habitat for Humanity.
Maura Neill is a second-generation REALTOR® who combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. Before getting into the real estate business in 2001, Maura previously taught at The Florida State University and University of Phoenix. She is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Around Atlanta, actively leading her team and representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and considers education – of both her clients and other real estate agents – an important part of her role as a REALTOR®. Maura is a social media and technology devotee and an active real estate speaker and instructor on subjects such as real estate technology, building your business via social media, customer service and client retention.
Maura serves the REALTOR® community at the local, state and national levels. She is a part of Leadership for the National Association of REALTORS® and for CRS in 2017. A lover of all things Atlanta, Maura lives in Johns Creek, Georgia, with her husband Ben, their Beagles Charlie, Maddie, and Jarvis, and a cat who wishes to remain anonymous.
Angela Shields began her career with the REALTOR® organization in Athens, Georgia, as CEO of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS®. In 2010, she assumed the role of CEO/President for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, an organization of 11,000+ members. In the fall of 2017, she was named CEO of Tennessee REALTORS®. Over the years, Angela has served the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and on several NAR committees and workgroups including the Association Executives Committee; RCE Governing Board; Business Issues, Research, and Data Strategies committees; Federal Technology Policy Advisory Board; Land Use, Property Rights and Environment Committee; and the REALTOR® Association Collaboration Work Group. She currently serves as 2017-2018 Chair of the Association Executives Institute (AEI) Advisory Board; as a member of NAR’s AEC Recommendations and Recognitions Advisory Board and its RPR Advisory Council; and as Chair of NAR’s AEC Core Standards Work Group. Angela holds the CAE, RCE and e-PRO® designations. She has been presented with the NAR Omega Tau Rho, and inducted into the Dr. Almon R. (Bud Smith), RCE, AE Leadership Society.
Clint Skutchan (Scut-Khan) is a Colorado native, who currently resides in Fort Collins. In 2014, he established TWO WAY C3 a national consulting & speaking group. He has presented at ASAE’s Great Ideas Conference, N.A.R. AE Institute, & N.A.R. Midyear Meetings, Idaho REALTORS® Conference, & Pennsylvania Leadership Conference in addition to facilitating strategic plans for associations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Kansas. He is a self-defined workaholic and lover of all things bikes & beer related. Like so many others, he found his way to association management by happenstance and loves helping others in the industry to excel.
Jeremy Walker serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Association in accordance with the Charter and Bylaws. He is Responsible for the active management of the affairs of the Association and manages all areas including political advocacy, professional development and adherence to the code of ethics for state and local associations. He is the primary contact with Board Presidents and Association Executives. Jeremy recommends and participates in the formulation of new policies and makes decisions within existing policies as approved by the Board of Directors. Jeremy also serves as the Chief Lobbyist of the Association to federal and state elected officials and regulatory bodies. He manages all areas to provide support to the political advocacy for state and local associations including the Alabama REALTORS® Political Action Committee (ARPAC). He also supports commercial and property management specialties.
